Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

As family law attorneys, we deal with a lot of personal and sensitive information over the course of the attorney-client relationship. We take pride in getting to know our clients, but just as importantly keeping what we know private and confidential. Except as allowed under the Minnesota Rules of Professional Responsibility, it is our policy to never knowingly reveal information that relates to the representation of our clients.

We maintain all of our data securely, and have implemented security measures to present against break-ins of our data network and servers. Additionally, we know that it is important to be upfront about what information is collected from your computer when you visit our website.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, and aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded.

Our web site does not set any cookies on your computer nor alter any settings. Vox Law does not partner with or have relationships with any ad server companies.
